Behavioral Health Services Contractor Wanted – Reserve, KS

The Sac and Fox Nation of Missouri in Kansas and Nebraska is now accepting Proposals/Statements of  Qualification for a Licensed behavioral health practitioner to provide clinical child, adult and family counseling services in an office-based setting in Reserve, KS.  Services will be provided on a contractual basis with payment at a negotiated rate per therapeutic session provided.  The Nation will make available provision of office spaces for adult therapy as well as an additional furnished play therapy space. The Nation will also provide a front office desk personnel to be onsite while therapist is with clients. Contractor will have ability to design a schedule that meets both contractor and client needs. Initial expectations would be to have approximately 15 sessions per week, with opportunity to increase caseload depending on license status/billing ability of contractor. If necessary, the Nation may consider awarding more than one contract if selected provider is unable to provide onsite therapy on more than one day per week. This is a newly created activity for the Sac and Fox Nation via grant funds, with the minimum expectation that this will be a two year effort.

Invitation for Bids - Casino Entry Drives & Parking Lot Improvements

Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals for Sac and Fox Nation of Missouri in Kansas and Nebraska, said work known as Casino Entry Drive & Parking Lot Improvements (BIA Route 0750) will be received at the office of 305 N. Main St., Reserve, KS  66434 until Thursday, December 12, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. and then opened and tabulated for initial presentation to the Tribal Council the following Tuesday. The project to be constructed in the spring of 2020 is briefly described as follows:  Casino Entry Drives & Parking Lot Improvements (BIA Route 0750)

For Information Only, Bidders should review site prior to bidding.  Description of major work: Seal coat, 7” asphalt pavement, 7” concrete pavement, AB-3 base, 1 inlet, & related staking & earth work.  Further information on the work to be done may be obtained by an examination of the specifications on file in the office of the CFS Engineers.

        GUARANTY REQUIRED:  Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check on a solvent bank or a bid bond executed by corporations authorized to contact as surety in the State of Kansas and made payable to Sac and Fox Nation of Missouri in Kansas and Nebraska, as a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the bidder will enter into a contract and give bond as required.  The amount shown should read "Five Percent (5%) of the amount bid."

        Contract Documents may be obtained from Cook, Flatt & Strobel (CFS) Engineers, P.A., and 2930 SW Woodside Drive, Topeka, Kansas 66614.  Deposit required is $30.00 per set which includes one (1) set of drawings and one (1) project manual.  There will be no refund of the deposit.  The project manual becomes the property of the prospective bidder and are not returnable.  Copies of the project drawings and project manual are on file and open for public inspec­tion at the office from which they may be obtained.

Sac and Fox Nation of Missouri in Kansas and Nebraska reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any or all technicalities. Native Preference does apply. 

Project Management Services - 12 Month Contract

The Sac and Fox Nation of Missouri in Kansas and Nebraska is requesting Proposals/Statements of Qualification for a qualified party to provide Project Supervisor / Grants Management Services.   Services will be provided on a contractual basis with payment at a negotiated rate for a 12 month period.

RFQ- FURNACE & AC REPLACEMENT  & related work -   North portion of Admin Building

The Sac and Fox Nation of Missouri in Kansas & Nebraska  Reserve, KS, requests proposals for purchase and installation of:  a new natural gas to replace existing 50,000 BTU furnace & AC at 305 N. Main, North portion of Admin Building, to serve 520 sq. ft. portion of the Admin Building NW corner located at 305 N. Main , Reserve, KS.  

Sealed proposals shall be addressed “Sac and Fox Nation of Missouri in Kansas & Nebraska Furnace & AC Replacement ” and received by Executive Director, Admin Office, 305 North Main, Reserve, KS 66434, no later than 2 PM, Thursday October 3, 2019.

Tribal Code Update Services Contractor Wanted – Reserve, KS

The Sac and Fox Nation of Missouri in Kansas and Nebraska is Requesting Proposals/Statements of Qualification for an attorney or other qualified party to provide Tribal Code Update services.  The selected party will assist the Nation in completing documents including but not limited to updating Tribal Codes/ordinances, and other documents as deemed necessary and as described in a Scope of Work.  Services will be provided on a contractual basis with payment at a negotiated rate.
